The feast continues! As one of the people who had the chance to partake of Tim Vidra’s Easter menu, I have to tell you that this food was incredible. Looking at these photographs, I still taste the lemony ricotta and sweet spring peas, the thyme seasoned carrots, the perfectly roasted fingerling potatoes topped with a bright and creamy garlic aioli. Every element of the menu was delightful, but these simple side dishes stole the show.
With Easter right around the corner, we decided to try our hand at dyeing our eggs using natural, homemade dyes. We wanted this experiment to be as kid, and mom, friendly as possible. With this in mind, we took it to the kids.
